Cancellation and Modification

The cancellation policy varies depending on the cancellation timing after booking the trip date:

  • More than 48 hours: No refund possible
  • 24 to 48 hours: Half refund only (50%)
  • Less than 24 hours: Full refund (100%)

The trip date can be changed once only without additional fees 48 hours before the original date, subject to availability in the new date. To modify, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
